  • I provide counseling services for children, teens, and young adults. I also offer support and guidance for parents and caregivers as part of the therapeutic process when appropriate.

  • No. All counseling services are provided via secure telehealth. Sessions are conducted online using a HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • Yes. Telehealth can be highly effective for children and adolescents when delivered in a developmentally appropriate and engaging way. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of meeting from home.

  • Yes, I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare and others. Insurance and billing are managed through Alma. Availability and coverage may vary by plan. Private pay is also an option.

  • First things first, we'll start with a free 15-minute phone consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss you or your child’s needs, answer any upfront questions you may have and determine if I’m a good fit for you.

  • Consultations are scheduled through a secure online system. Clicking the “Book a free Consultation” button will direct you to the scheduling platform to view availability and get started.

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a connection where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll talk about what’s been going on and what’s bringing you (or your child) to therapy (you don’t need to have everything figured out).

    I’ll guide the conversation and meet you where you are. We’ll also begin identifying goals and next steps for moving forward.

  • I am currently licensed to provide services in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.
