  • Sessions focus on helping young adults navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, and build clarity, confidence, and direction during this stage of independence.

    Common areas of support may include anxiety, overthinking, life transitions, academic or career stress, relationships, and identity exploration. Sessions provide space to process challenges, develop coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence.

  • Guidance and support for parents and caregivers seeking tools, understanding, and strategies to better support their child’s emotional and behavioral needs.

Fees & Payment

  • I accept insurance through Alma, including select plans such as Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum and others. If you plan to use insurance, your cost will depend on your specific plan (copay, deductible, etc.).

  • For clients not using insurance:

    Initial Session: $175
    Ongoing Sessions: $140

  • Limited sliding scale spots are available. Please reach out to inquire about availability via the contact form.

  • For clients using out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement by your insurance company.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected healthcare costs, including psychotherapy services.

    You may request a Good Faith Estimate before starting services or at any time during treatment.
