Creating space for growth, healing, confidence, and meaningful “aha” moments.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, or trying to find your voice, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Who I Support

Children (Ages 7-12)

For children who are learning how to understand their emotions, build confidence, and express themselves in healthy ways. Sessions focus on helping children feel more confident, manage emotions, and navigate social situations in healthier ways.

Teens & Adolescents

For teens dealing with anxiety, stress, mood changes, or feeling overwhelmed. Many are trying to figure out who they are, find their voice, and navigate the pressure of expectations from peers, social media, and family. Sessions focus on helping teens build confidence, challenge negative self-talk, and feel more secure in who they are.

Four young women gathered around a girl sitting on a bed, looking at her phone. The girl is wearing a pastel-colored dress and has jewelry. The other three women are smiling, one with red hair, one with black hair tied in a bun, and a third with curly black hair. They appear to be friends in a cozy room.

College Students & Young Adults

Young adults often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, academic stress, anxiety, or relationships. Moving from structure into independence can feel both exciting and difficult. Therapy provides support in building confidence, finding your voice, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Why AHA?

“AHA” represents those moments when something starts to make sense in a new way & things feel clearer and you begin to see yourself differently.

Over time, those moments can help children, teens, and young adults recognize their worth, build confidence, and feel more capable of making meaningful changes in their lives even when they’ve been struggling with self-doubt or feeling like they’re not enough.
